Meet Blake E. Burtchaell

Blake E. Burtchaell is a dedicated trial attorney born and raised in Bakersfield, California where family values, hard work, and integrity were instilled in him from a young age. After graduating with a business law degree, he initially worked in insurance defense, where he developed a passion for helping significantly injured clients navigate the complexities of insurance policies and claims.

Inspired By His Experiences
Blake decided to further his education and enrolled in law school at Southwestern University School of Law. During his time there, he was selected as a research assistant for law review articles and as a Moot Court Finalist. He also served as the Chairman of the Honor Code Committee, demonstrating his commitment to upholding ethical standards in the legal profession. Blake graduated with a Public Service Distinction, having completed over 75 hours of Pro Bono services in various clinics, including veterans, expungement, immigration/DACA, homeless prevention, and children’s rights clinics.

Blake now spends most his time in courtrooms fighting tirelessly on behalf of his clients who have endured significant injuries through no fault of their own. He represents injured clients seeking full and fair compensation from insurance carriers across the State of California. Blake treats every client like family and will not stop until full and fair compensation is reached to restore and reclaim a person's rights.
